SERVICE & TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

What's included - 

• Squeak Relief for two-bedroomed flat or maisonette

• Lubricate and clean all “moving parts” of every door and window in your home & outbuildings, where applicable

• Moving parts means hinges, handles, bolt/latches and locks

• Doors means all internal-room doors, external doors such as street or flat-entrance door; and patio doors etc., where applicable

• Our service to “Doors” does not extend to kitchen cupboards or other fitted or freestanding furniture

• Tighten accessible screws, where possible

• Remove any excess lubricant/s and check the work area is left clean

• Check doors and windows open/close smoothly without the squeak or struggle

• Our operative will usually require up to 1.5 hours (i.e. the ‘usual time scale’) to complete the job though may require more time

• Fee is fixed and there is no additional charge should our operative be unable to complete the job within the usual time scale

• Please note that we do not carry out repairs. Therefore, we cannot guarantee smooth or problem-free operation of windows or doors that require repair.
