Our operatives will attend your home to professionally lubricate and clean all of the moving parts (i.e. bolt/latches, locks, handles and hinges) of your windows and doors. They will clean away excess lubricants and leave things clean and tidy when the job is completed.
They will also tighten screws where these are accessible, where possible.
The time required depends upon the size of your property and the condition of the moving parts (handles, hinges, bolt/latches and locks). Typically, our operatives will need up to one hour for a 1-bed flat and up to 3 hours for a 4-bed house.

We aim to arrive within the booked time slot (for example, between 1.00–1.30pm) and always schedule our work to be on time. However, on rare occasions unforeseen delays can occur. If this happens, we will keep you fully informed and updated.
Our operatives work Mondays-Fridays, 8am-6pm. We do not routinely offer evening appointments. However, please contact us to discuss your requirements if our normal hours do not fit with your schedule. We are also willing to liaise with your concierge or other keyholder.

Yes, we are fully insured.
Once a booking is confirmed, the job is allocated to one of our operatives. However, if you need to change the date, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Yes. You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of booking provided the service has not been carried out. Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted on the day the service is scheduled to take place.
A service is deemed to have been carried out if you are not at home when the operative arrives within the agreed time slot; or once the work has been completed.
If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update our schedule and process your refund.
